Nobell Foods is creating the world’s most efficient protein factory in soybeans through our food technology platform “Plant Grown Proteins” (PGP). Through PGP, we teach soybeans to grow Casein – responsible for giving cheese its stretch, melt, and texture – and then work with independent farmers throughout the Midwest to raise these plants from seed to full flower. Once harvested, we make delicious cheese that’s akin to the animal alternative, without the heavy carbon footprint.
