So tell us a little bit more about you! Where did the idea for your FoodTech company come from?
Davide: I imagined a country, Italy, where passionate travelers can taste the best of Italian cuisine: home-cooking.
How is tech central to your business?
Davide: Tech is at the core of our business and behind the scenes, but in front of our customers are always warm and prepared people.
Why do you think it’s important to see the food industry embrace tech?
Davide: Tech is important for the Food Experience industry to put in contact guests and hosts and to allow us to keep the Italian food culture and heritage alive.
