NUU is a startup from Minas Gerais that produces frozen cassava-based foods. Founded and led by women, it is on a regenerative journey to grow and positively impact the entire chain. It makes, among other products, a cheese bread like grandma’s house, only with real ingredients: LOTS of cured cheese, tapioca starch, milk, eggs, butter and salt; no preservatives, flavorings or coloring. It’s NUU precisely because it doesn’t need to hide anything. And because each product is – as the miners would say – “NUU! Too good!”
